Privacy policy
This site is operated by PHRONE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, from Texas, United States. This page explains what the application on this site collects, what it does not ask for, who processes it, and how to reach us about it.
What the application collects
When you apply for Founding 8, we collect your first name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, training goal, training history, weekly commitment, biggest blocker, start timeline, budget band, and age band. You may also provide a motivation choice from the listed options. We do not accept free-text motivation answers. The budget band describes your preferences, not program price.
We record your marketing consent choice with the application. Campaign parameters, the landing path, referrer and advertising click identifiers help us understand where applications came from. Application answers go to Chris for review, not into general site-event analytics.
Health information belongs in coaching
The website application does not ask for health, injury, weight or medical screening information. Do not include these details in the contact fields. Health-related screening and coaching data are handled separately within Lenus after enrollment, under the information and policies provided there.
Who processes your information
The following processors handle data on our behalf, for the purposes listed:
- Vercel: hosting this site.
- Supabase: storing applications and anonymous site events in a private database.
- Resend: sending transactional email to support applications and booking communication.
- Meta: optional marketing measurement when you allow it, using the browser pixel and Conversions API. This may receive browsing and event data with matching identifiers, including a hashed email for consented application events.
- Google: supporting call booking and email communication.
- Lenus: handling separate enrollment, payment and coaching data, including health-related screening within its platform.
How long we keep it
Our application retention period is 12 months. Deletion is handled through an administrator process, not an automatic timer in this website. You can request deletion at any time by emailing chris@chrisharrizcoaching.com.
Consent and your browser data
Optional Meta marketing measurement requires your permission. Use Privacy choices in any footer to allow or decline tracking, withdraw permission, or close the notice without changing your saved choice. Decline tracking prevents future marketing dispatches; withdrawal cannot retract events already transmitted. The website remembers the choice in your browser when browser storage is available.
Anonymous first-party site events are separate from optional Meta measurement. They help us understand page and application flow, without including your application answers or contact details. Application answers remain in the separate application record.
A necessary result cookie lasts for 30 minutes after a saved application. It holds only an outcome, expiry and random identifier, not your identity or financial answers. It lets this browser display the appropriate follow-up; it is not an enrollment agreement.
