What 12 Weeks of Online Coaching Actually Looks Like
A process page for Founding 8: individual programming, form review and weekly check-ins across a minimum three-month coaching commitment.
What Founding 8 is
Founding 8 is individual online muscle-building coaching for naturally skinny men. It includes individual training programming, weekly private check-ins, form review and habit goals shaped around your schedule.
The minimum commitment is three calendar months. The starting group has an eight-client capacity. That number is the coaching cap, not a live remaining-seats counter. Pricing is discussed privately after Chris reviews your application.
Before week one
- You apply with nine questions about goals, experience, schedule and timing
- Applying does not take payment, create a contract or reserve a place
- Chris reviews fit and follows up by email for applicants aged 18 and over
- Pricing is shared privately before any agreement or payment
- After enrollment, coaching runs in Lenus for programming, check-ins and messages
The weekly loop: training, form, review
The homepage names training, form and weekly review for a reason. That is the operating loop.
- Training: Chris shapes programming around your goals, experience, available time and equipment
- Form review: you bring footage and a clear question so feedback connects to the sets you actually train
- Weekly check-in: you explain what you completed, what got hard and what changed in the schedule
Progress and the pace of change differ from person to person. The process is built to adjust, not to pretend every week is identical.
How the months tend to feel
Early weeks focus on a plan you can actually run and on making feedback useful. Middle weeks usually expose the real constraints: overtime, travel, appetite and recovery. Later weeks are where adjustments compound if you stayed consistent enough to learn from the data.
Three calendar months is the minimum commitment because shorter blocks rarely give enough time to train, get feedback and adjust around a changing week. It is not a promise to reach a particular weight, physique or strength target by a fixed date.
What you should bring into coaching
- An honest account of the week you can train
- Willingness to film lifts when form review would help
- A default approach to food you can run on busy days
- Direct questions in the weekly check-in instead of silent guessing
If that sounds like the support you want, apply for Founding 8. Chris reviews every application himself.
